Exposure to Hazard. This appeal was granted and two proposed penalties of $60 each were canceled. The Division could not establish violations of 4070(c) and 4077, failures to guard V-belts and chain drives, where there was no employee exposure. The washing machine in question was mechanically inoperative during the course of mechanical repairs.
