Gas Cylinders, Storage. Appeal was granted. The Administrative Law Judge held that welding gas cylinders aboard Appellant's mobile repair/welding truck were not in "storage." Hence, their close proximity to "jeep" cans carrying gasoline on the same truck was not a violation of 1740(f).
