Employee Exposure. An alleged nonserious violation of 1621(a) was dismissed when there was no employee exposure established. The evidence presented showed that the Appellant's employee was working 10 feet from the unguarded edge of a mezzanine. No evidence was presented to show that the employee did or had reason to approach the edge of the mezzanine, since access to his work location was accomplished through a back passageway.
