Employer, as Lessee, Cannot Transfer Responsibility for Unposted Equipment. The Appellant was cited for four nonserious violations. Of the alleged violations put at issue, appeal was denied as to two of three. An alleged violation of 1681(b) was dismissed where the radial arm saw in question was not being used, nor was it connected to the nearest power source some 100 feet away, and in fact was in the process of being dismantled.
