Safety Record, Does Not Excuse Violations. The appeal was denied in its entirety from three violations concerning farm machinery in two citations and associated civil penalties totaling $125. Two violations were based on 4070(a) and 4070(c), guarding belts and pulley drives, and another was based on 4075, guarding gears and sprockets.
