This appeal was dismissed in its entirety subject to the following amendments stipulated to by the parties and found to be reasonable by the Administrative Law Judge.
"Docket No. 75-R2D5-662; that the civil penalty of $110 for Citation No. 1 is reduced to zero.
"Docket No. 75-R2D5-992; that Citation No. 1, Items Nos. 3 and 7 are dismissed.
"Docket No. 76-R2D5-056; that the allegation of a `serious' violation for Citation No. 2, is amended to `repeat/nonserious' and the penalty is reduced from $700 to $525."
