Corrosive Liquids, Warning Label---Labeling of Injurious Substances---Storerooms, Sanitation Required. The appeal was denied and three violations were affirmed along with their civil penalties.
Appellant was in violation of 5162(a) where a drum containing a corrosive liquid (toluene diisocyanate) was not marked in any way. The penalty was appropriate in light of the chemical's highly toxic character.
