[1] Asbestos, Exposure [5208[a]], Construed---[2] Asbestos, Engineering Controls [5208[b]], Construed. The appeal was granted in part and denied in part from a citation alleging five nonserious violations of 8 Cal. Adm. Code dealing with health hazards created by asbestos dust.
Appellant was engaged in the manufacture of floor tile and used materials containing asbestos fibers in its manufacturing operations.
(1) Appellant was found not to be in violation of 8 Cal. Adm. Code 5208(a) due to lack of establishment of employee exposure.
