Employers' Duty to Guard Against the Hazards Created by Others. The appeal was denied and a citation alleging two nonserious violations of 8 Cal. Adm. Code was affirmed. A $30 penalty was also affirmed.
Appellant was found in violation of 1621(a) where it permitted its employees to carry out their plastering work from balconies more than 7 1/2 feet above ground that had no guardrails.
