Cal-OSHA Poster, Posting. The appeal of the violation of 340 was denied.
Three Cal-OSHA posters were posted at Appellant's main office but none at the subdivision worksite. The evidence showed that some of Appellant's employees reported directly to the worksite each day for a limited period of time up to a maximum of three weeks.
"The regulation is not satisfied by the posting of the notice in the main office where some employees would not report for two or three weeks at a time."
