Decision After Reconsideration Evidence, Discovery Procedures [L.C. 6617 construed]. The decision of March 26, 1976, upholding a violation of 1637(b), was affirmed. (10,942.) That section provided, among other things, that the scaffold in question provide the degree of strength required by 1637(a).
