[1] Exposure to Hazard, None to General Contractor's Employees, No Violation---[2] Penalties, Good Faith Attempt to Avoid Hazard. This appeal established a nonserious violation of 340 but the $50 proposed penalty was vacated. Also vacated were an alleged serious violation of 1764(a)(4), together with the $500 proposed penalty.
