Permits: Construction Over 36 Feet High; Failure to Obtain [subcontractor liability]. This appeal established the nonserious violation of 1503 (341.1) as alleged. The $50 regulatory penalty was upheld. Also established was a nonserious violation of 1621(a) where the employees of the Appellant were working on the roof of a three-story building without the protection of guardrails. The $150 proposed penalty was affirmed.
