Boilers, Cleaning Firesides. An alleged serious violation of 3312(b)(2), together with the proposed penalty of $900, was dismissed. Appellant's employee did not enter the fire box flue or combustion chamber of a fired apparatus until the probability of any solid combustible igniting had been removed.
