Safety Belts and Lifelines, Suspended Scaffold, Non Use [serious violation]. This appeal established a serious violation of 3285 (1660(g)). A showing by Appellant of its diligence in attempting to enforce safety regulations warranted a reduction in the amount of penalty to $500 from the $700 proposed. A nonserious violation of 14301(a)(1), together with a $50 penalty, was affirmed where Appellant's simplified occupational injury and illness record failed to provide all the information required on Cal/OSHA Form No. 100.
