Explosives, Storage of. This appeal was denied. The violation of 5251(a) was affirmed.
"Section 5251(a) requires all explosives to be stored in either a first-class or second-class magazine. In this case, the Appellant admitted that it did not maintain a magazine at the site. Explosives were maintained at the site in a truck overnight, 200 feet from the hangar.
