This decision dismissed alleged violations of 1717(a)(1) and 341. It affirmed a repeat/nonserious violation of 1540(b) and three nonserious violations of 1509(b), 1526(a) and 1546(a). The total proposed penalties of $335 for these violations were affirmed.
