This appeal held that simultaneous citations for a nonserious violation of 1587.13 and a serious violation of 1587.10(b)(1) arising from the events subjected the Appellant to double jeopardy and dismissed the latter violation. A $200 penalty was affirmed for the former violation. Also affirmed was a repeat/nonserious violation of 1621(a) along with the associated proposed penalty of $350.
