An alleged willful/nonserious violation of 1585.9(a) was dismissed. A violation of 1585.3(b) was established, but it was reclassified from alleged willful/nonserious to nonserious. In consideration thereof, the penalty for it was reduced from the $440 proposed to $200. Three other nonserious violations were also established.
