Appellant's employees worked in a closed room cutting, scoring, breaking and installing ceiling tile that contained 30% chrysotile asbestos. Samples taken indicated that employees were exposed to eight-hour time weighted average concentrations of airborne asbestos fibers in excess of the amount permitted by 5208(a).
