Appellant a painting contractor working on the South Gate Junior High School, was in violation of 1644(a)(7) where the working platform on a scaffold did not cover the entire space between the uprights, and the platforms themselves were less than 20 inches in width. Appellant was also found in violation of 1646(a) where the same scaffold did not have the required minimum base dimension
