Backup Warning Device, Applicable to Flatbed Truck [1592[a]. Appellant, engaged in roofing operations, was found in nonserious violation of 8 Cal. Adm. Code 1592(a) for failure to have a backup warning device on its flatbed truck loaded with an LP-gas tank and cartons of tar. Appellant argued that the vehicle was not designed to carry earth or bulk construction materials and therefore the code section was inapplicable.
