Inspection, Adequate Employer Representation During Walkaround. The appeal was initially granted on the basis that the Division had failed to allow or provide adequate employer representation during the walkaround inspection. (See Digest 11,740.) The ALJ granted an appeal from that decision on his own motion. On further hearing before the Presiding Administrative Law Judge, the previous decision was reversed.
