Appellant was found in serious violation of 8 Cal. Adm. Code 1730(b) and fined $600 where employees were working on a roof 38 feet off the ground with slope of 6 1/2 vertical to 12 horizontal, greater than that allowed by the code, without a parapet, catch platform, safety belt and life line or a scaffold platform.
