Log of Industrial Accidents and Illnesses, Not Required Unless and Until Such Event Occurs. Appellant did not have a log of Industrial Accidents and Illnesses like that required in 8 Cal. Adm. Code 14301(a)(1). The Division argued that it was reasonable to require employers to set up a blank log book on the appropriate forms with the name of the firm even if there were no such injuries or illnesses. The Administrative Law Judge disagreed.
