Appellant was cited for an alleged violation of 8 Cal. Adm. Code 1582.17 for failure to have a backup warning device on a truck-mounted crane. The appeal was granted and the citation dismissed where the Appellant established that the crane in question was not of the type covered in 1585, et seq.
