Appellant received a citation alleging six nonserious violations of 8 Cal. Adm. Code relating to his machine shop. The Division dismissed one of the alleged violations and Appellant withdrew his appeal of another. Appellant was not in violation of 3577(e) (no work rest on grinder) where the Division failed to show employee exposure. The proposed $40 penalty was vacated.
