The Division alleged a general violation of 8 Cal. Adm. Code 3366(e) where Appellant failed to supply hot water for hand washing in toilet rooms at two outlying pumping stations. An employee visited the stations on a daily basis and worked for an hour or longer depending on the necessary repairs. The ALJ found that the violation existed and directed the Appellant to the Standards Board for a remedy.
