Appeal, Filing Not Timely. The order of the Appeals Board in this matter dated November 22, 1977, was affirmed.
"California Labor Code section 6601 provides that an employer has 15 working days from the receipt of a citation to file an official appeal with the Appeals Board. In the absence of the filing of such a citation, the matter is deemed a final order of the Appeals Board. Section 6601 of the Labor Code provides additionally that the 15-day filing period may be extended for good cause.
