Two serious violations were established. Two V-belt and pulley drives were unguarded (4070(c)) and a large "red hot" forge was unguarded (3308). Based on the Appellant's general good faith attitude and especially its policy of "one to one" employee supervision, the total proposed penalty of $260 was reduced to $175.
