"Labor Code section 6614 provides that a petition for reconsideration must be filed with the Appeals Board within 30 days after the service of a decision made and filed by the Appeals Board. Code of Civil Procedure section 1013(a) provides an additional five days for the taking of such an action.
"In the instant case, Appellant did not file its petition for reconsideration within the 35-day time period allowed for such a filing and must accordingly be denied."
