Code of Safe Practices, Construction, Posting Fed-OSHA Regulation Numbers Does Not Satisfy Requirement of 1509 [b]. Ritchie Electric, Inc. was a subcontractor installing electrical facilities in a building under construction in Corcoran. The safety engineer testified at the hearing that when he inspected the jobsite on December 5, 1978, the Employer did not have a Code of Safe Practices equivalent to Plate A-3 of the Appendix conspicuously
