At the hearing, Employer changed its contest of abatement requirements to contesting only the penalty amounts, totaling $965, for one repeat/serious and three serious violations of Construction Safety Orders. At the hearing, DOSH reduced the proposed civil penalty amounts to $780 by increasing good faith credit.
