A serious violation of 2941(j)(2)(I) and its $300 civil penalty were affirmed. At the hearing DOSH moved, without objection, to amend the standard cited from 2941(I) to 2941 (j)(2)(I). DOSH stated there was an error in designating the correct safety standard.
