Two serious violations were established where the Employer allowed its employees to work on a warehouse under construction at a point more than 24 feet high without installing proper means of access (1629(a)(1)) and where the employees worked at an exposed location more than 15 feet above the ground without being protected against falling (1669(a)). A $150 penalty was affirmed for each violation.
