Digest of COSHAB's Decision After Reconsideration dated October 16, 1980, Docket No. 76-R1D1-487. Harold Mitchell, Chairman; Mark K. Bowers and Charles Manfred, Members.

The decision of the ALJ in this matter (Digest 12,126) was affirmed.

"The evidence established that scrap lumber, paper, and a large spray can were loosely piled in a passageway or work area at the construction site. This material was stored in this manner until it could be removed, which usually occurred every two or three days. The evidence established that employees were working in the area.
