At the hearing, DOSH moved to amend the alleged serious violation of 1680(b) to an alleged serious violation of 1680(c) and to correct a mathematical error on the notice of penalty from $140 to $135.
DOSH also moved to amend an alleged serious violation of 3657(d) to a general violation and to delete the $140 proposed penalty. The Employer withdrew its appeal of that section.
