A serious violation was established where an employee operated a tapper machine without a point of operation guard; the $205 proposed penalty was affirmed. Two general violations of the Electrical Safety Orders were established; the proposed penalties were vacated. One alleged regulatory, two alleged general and one alleged serious violations were vacated.
