This matter was settled by cross motions of the parties. Employer withdrew its appeal of a repeat general violation of 1670(a) (safety belts and lifelines) with its penalty of $350. The Division modified a second repeat/general violation of 1670(a) to a first repeat/general and reduced the penalty from $700 to $350, and the employer withdrew its appeal.
