This appeal was granted to the extent that a proposed additional $700 penalty for failure to abate an alleged general violation of 5185(g) (no smoking sign in battery charging area) was set aside because there was insufficient evidence of the original violation. General violations of 3660(a), 3661(c) and 2340.22(a) and additional penalties of $200, $200 and $140 for failure to abate these violations were affirmed.
