An alleged general violation of 5155(c) involving employee exposure to more than the daily permissible limit for carbon dioxide gas was dismissed. The evidence showed the TWA was based on unreliable data, chiefly because the testing was performed during a period of abnormally high carbon dioxide gas concentration.
