Because the safety orders did not apply to hydraulic cranes, alleged general violations of 1582.9(f) (load drum rotation indicators on crane) and 1582.4(c) (approved boom angle and radius indicators) were vacated. Other violations on appeal were withdrawn either by the Division or the Employer except the abatement date and changes required were vacated as to another of the cranes in violation of 1582.4(a).
