The Decision of the ALJ dated March 8, 1982 (Digest 14,915) was affirmed. The appeal from an alleged willful/serious violation of 3210(a) (mezzanine guarding) and a $2,750 penalty was granted to the extent that the citation was reclassified as serious and the penalty was reduced to $200. The appeal from the Notice of Failure to Correct and of Additional Civil Penalty assessing a $6,010 total penalty was granted to the extent that the penalty was reduced to $1,000.
