This appeal was denied. A general violation of 1715(c)(1) (tilt-up drawings not prepared by registered civil engineer) was established. Employer had referred the plans to its construction engineering contractor which stamped the plans. However, the review stamp stated that the firm took no responsibility for the correctness of the details of the plans.
