This appeal was denied. An alleged serious violation of 1621(a) (guard rails on elevated platforms) was affirmed. A penalty of $160 was imposed.

Guardrails Must Be Provided Around Elevated Platforms. Employer, a construction company building a children's hospital, used an elevated surface about 12 feet above concrete pavement to store door frames. The Division inspector found the Employer's foreman and a laborer under his supervis
