Elevators, Exposure to Energized Electrical Parts, Barriers or Warnings Required. Employer was installing elevators and replacing equipment in an elevator control room. Initial adjustments to the speed of a hydraulic pump valve were made with the 480-volt starter relay uncovered immediately before an accident. An employee testified that:
