The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision of March 7, 1980 (Digest 13,772) for one instance of alleged serious violation of 4075 (gears and sprockets) but reversed it as to a second instance. Employer's appeal from the 4075 violation and its $150 penalty was denied, but this was based on a single instance of violation rather than two.
