The Appeals Board reversed the ALJ decision of July 14, 1981 (Digest 14,563) granting Employer's appeals from alleged general and serious violations of 3272(c) (aisles, walkways and crawlways) and 3944(a) (guard clearances--power transmission equipment, prime movers, machines and machine parts), respectively. In both instances, the Board held that Construction, not General Industry, safety orders should have been cited.
