The Appeals Board affirmed in part and reversed in part the ALJ decision of June 21, 1983 (Digest 15,456) on an appeal of 13 violations of asbestos, general carcinogen, and related safety orders. The Board affirmed all violations, but reduced from serious to general four that did not involve "use" of asbestos and set penalties for these at $250 each.
