The Appeals Board reversed that part of the ALJ decision of November 21, 1984 (Digest 15,956) setting at $200 the penalty for serious violation of 5208(c)(2), failure to clean up an asbestos spill promptly. The Board affirmed the violation and affirmed the Division's proposed statutory penalty of $1,000.
